About E-Town Orthotics, LLC

E-Town Orthotics, LLC (ETO) is a manufacturer and wholesaler of durable medical equipment, registered in Kentucky, that was founded in 2023 by Joey Comley after he retired from the U.S. Army. ETO’s One Device, Four Phases (1D4P) line of braces employs patented technology (Burton Brace Technology) that was developed by his brother, Scott Burton. After licensing this technology from Scott, Joey worked tirelessly to develop a go-to-market prototype.

That product came to life over the course of six iterative changes to both design and function and is now available worldwide to the healthcare market. Joey is tremendously thrilled to watch as ETO delivers a product in 1D4P that can comprehensively and comfortably take patients from injury or repair to recovery.
